Joyce Pattillo is a consultant with a track record of motivating management to enhance their leadership skills and build stronger teams. This approach reveals how business planning, a diversity strategy, and increased productivity are linked together to accelerate change within the organization.

Joyce earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and Graduate Certificates in Conflict Mediation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification - University of Southern Florida Muma College of Business. Over the years, Joyce has established her expertise in the areas of Management Coaching, Developing Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, Employee Relations, Conflict Mediation, and Training/Facilitation. The following have served as stepping stones in her career: education, the government sector (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Department of Army), information services, and manufacturing. Joyce serves as a consultant, mentor, strategist, and committed project manager able to design, track and deliver projects from inception to completion on time and within budget. Joyce is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock and she has served on the following boards – Chairman – Friends & Family of the William E. Thrasher Boys & Girls Club Foundation, The Academy at Riverdale, Birchtree Communities, Discovery Museum, and CareLinks. She is also affiliated with the Southern California Mediation Association, Toastmasters, and Volunteers in Public Schools.

Joyce welcomes the opportunity to speak, volunteer, mentor, and share knowledge with others. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and creating harmonious environments through her Interior Designs.
