We are still a new and growing group practice so we may not have the best incentive packages right off the bat, but that is the goal. Top-tier in every area! With our commitment to you - we seek to hire clinicians that will commit to us. If you are seeking employment to live like a social media influencer but produce work not fitting for a licensed clinician, Eunoia is not a good fit for you. We roll up our sleeves, we do exceptional work, and we invest.

I’ll be honest, we do have high expectations for ourselves and our therapists to ensure we provide high-quality care to our community and patients. We expect you to show up and see your clients consistently. We understand life happens to all of us, but there is something unique about the role you play in a client’s life. If you need to call in, it needs to be an emergency that cannot wait. Canceling sessions less than 24 hours in advance is a no-go. We hold high standards for our clients to adhere to our 24-hour policy and we expect you to as well.
We expect you to adhere to our policies that help you and Eunoia remain in compliance and not put our license at risk.
